sibatious cysts can cause lumps on the back above the tail area and the diarrhea its a hair follicle gone bad it changes cell structures into creating a pus pocket beneath the skin, the hair loss could be from dermititus does your dog have flaky skin or fleas? as for discharge that is quite odd and should only happen when nursing or coming into heat after a litter.

I have no idea, but I can tell you this if the dog is not pregnant or nursing, nothing should come out of the nipples! AT ALL!
