I've read that weight training can raise testosterone and cause hair loss, but what about cardio exercise?

I would think that increased testosterone levels would increase the amount of hair on someone :PI've read that weight training can raise testosterone and cause hair loss, but what about cardio exercise?
Weight training doesn't affect your hormones at all. Maybe you are confusing it with steroid use. Cardio doesn't do that either.....I've read that weight training can raise testosterone and cause hair loss, but what about cardio exercise?
Wouldnt that mean that the guys at the gym would be bald?
Weight Training def. DOES NOT raise testosterone, and it would be a nieve thing to think it would cause hair loss. Weight training is strictly for burning fat, and building muscle. It's almost exactly as cardio except that cardio hits the fat hard.
weight training dosent affect testosterone leavles or cause hair loss, so cardeo shouldent do anything eather.
