Some doctors think it causes hair loss. The long term side effects are not known. I don't think there are any long term studies.Is it through creatine can cause cancer or hair loss after couple of years ?
There is no scientific study to back this up. Thats fact. Dont forget that people who heavily supplement with Creatine, usually also overdose on vitamin tablets etc, and an overdose of anything is not good for you over a long period.
I think youre fine taking the creatine.
