How can I counteract hair loss caused by a medication I'm taking (21y/o female)?

I can't change the medication or stop it.





I want to do something b/c my hair is EVERYWHERE. Clumps come out in the shower, when I brush it, when I put my fingers through it, and its all over my apartment, my clothes and my boyfriend!How can I counteract hair loss caused by a medication I'm taking (21y/o female)?
