Except sex. We were designed for the very purpose of having sex, with a built-in ';governor'; in the form of a refractory period to keep us from overdoing it in any one session. You can't ';excessively'; masturbate, except in the sense of rubbing your penis raw, perhaps. Otherwise, there are no bad effect whatever.
