I have read that excessive masturbation enlarges the prostate and causes hair loss. I am 21, i notice when i shower there are like 5-9 strands of hair shedding. any input?Does excessive MASTURBATION cause HAIR LOSS?

Normal hair loss is anywhere from 50-150 strands throughout the course of a day, so 5-9 strands in the shower aren't nothing!

why are you masturbating so much? i think by age 21, the amount of masturbation to oneself should be significantly lower than as when they were a teenager.
