What vitamins and minerals should be part of my daily diet for purposes of hair loss prevention?

hair loss is genetic, not dietary - unless you are severely mineral/vitamin deficient. Take a multi-vitamin once a day just in case, but for most people, this won't make a difference to their receding hair line.

Your best bet is to keep your hair cut short -fortunately, a buzz cut is still very fashionable, and is a great look for those with less hair than they would like. What vitamins and minerals should be part of my daily diet for purposes of hair loss prevention?
As I understand it hair loss is more to do with genetic influences than diet....although that said a very poor diet could have a connection. What vitamins and minerals should be part of my daily diet for purposes of hair loss prevention?
