How can i stop itching and hair loss on my dog?

i have a female chow chow puppy and when we got her she had hair missing on her lower back because of lack of care from previous owner, some hair is there but she keeps on scratching.How can i stop itching and hair loss on my dog?
Take her to the veterinarian and have her allergies diagnosed and treated.





The vet will give her a shot of prednisone to stop her itching.





She is STILL suffering from lack of care because she has not been taken to the vet to have this properly treated.How can i stop itching and hair loss on my dog?
i think its called ';mitaban'; anyway its a type of liquid bath for dogs when they have mange. mange is when the dog contracts ';mites';. normal baths will not do because the mites get just under the skin. the mitaban gets to the mites without hurting the dog. but its is poisonous to humans so make sure the you were gloves when giving the dog the bath. do not get it on YOUR skin.
Take her to the vet.
could be allergies to food or something in her environment.
