How can I stop hair loss?

am 22 yrs old. I have bald spots and its getting worser and worser. I was wondering is there anything I can use to regrow hair and top this hair loss. Someone told me if get an aloe plant and use its gel. That would help but i am not sure. Any serious ideas would be greatly apperciated. Thanks in advanceHow can I stop hair loss?

aloe won't help unless your baldspot is giving you sunburns. best you can do is get a short haircut or shave your head to 1 or 2 mm... rogaine might help if you're balding in the back of your head but it's messy greasy and makes your hair look like hell.. propecia is a drug you can take but it'll mess up your sex drive. Currently there's no known cure. Some people have had luck with topical solutions and drugs but the majority hasn't seen enough benefit to outweigh the negatives... best thing to do is ignore it because alot of people don't really care that you're losing hair especially if you shave it down.. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but it's just my advice.
you should go to the doctor and ask for a treatment cuz this type of problem is genetic..
no aloe,that' just hasnt been proven to work just take propecia from y our doctor
